A signature blend using Swedish techniques, nerve stroking and gentle compressions to lower your heart rate, slow your breathing, and reduce blood pressure. Oxytocin and Serotonin which actively improves mood and lifts anxiety. The Outcome: Relaxation, rest and a calmed mind Body Zones: Back, neck, shoulders (optional scalp massage) Expect: a silent massage therapist, calming music with relaxing water sounds, low lighting and cosy, warm massage table. (Add on a warming eye mask for an extra £3 - make sure you're not wearing contacts if you decide on that though!)
